My experience was mixed. When I visited the office, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They explained the application process clearly, and I really appreciated their support. However, after applying online, I received a call that disconnected as soon as I answered. I then received an email saying they couldn't reach me. I replied immediately to say I was available, but instead of calling me back, I was asked by email to call the recruiter myself . I ended up completing the interview at my own expense, and when my phone credit ran out, I had to top up and call again to finish the interview. I don't think applicants should have to pay to complete a recruitment interview. I hope the company improves this process, as the phone interview experience was disappointing.
