I try to buy a bottle of whiskey in every country that I visit. Hungary is not well known for whiskey, so it's not widely available or easy to find. After visiting a few liquor stores, I was finally able to find some here. The owner showed me 3 bottles of Hungarian whiskey. He also was very helpful in helping me choose a bottle of Palinka. Looking around the shop, I noticed a vast array of premium bottles. He is very well stocked and has reasonable prices. I'm not sure what people are complaining about, but he was very helpful and polite during my visit. If you're looking for some good spirits, make sure that you visit this store.

don’t trust the negative reviews! super friendly, very knowledgeable. when asked, they provided the accurate prices. didn’t charge extra. huge selection of whiskeys!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE. This is the worst shop. They are frauds. They overcharged me for my bottle. I paid double the price. I though I paying the right price. But I found out it was the double the price. Worst experience I had during my trip in Budapest. 🤮🤮🤮 Reply to the comment from the owner: If it's not available, how did I buy it from you? The screenshot was taken when I was making this review, hence the time difference. That's how time works. Don't try to justify your faud here. Everyone can see. Now I go through the previous reviews, I can see that you have done this to many others as well. Shame on you. Fraud is a fraud. There is no other name for that.

I had just bought a Jameson crested whiskey in this shop which is almost charged 18k ft and I could see that the same bottle is getting for 15k ft and lesser in other shops and online. I have called after I didn't get proper answer. I could have checked well the proces before buying the bottle. Anyway guys please check and compare the prices and buy them. This is too much to charge more.
