I decided to get a haircut during my short trip to Budapest, and I made the right choice going to this salon. My haircut looks amazing!!! (I requested a french bob, and the hairdresser had to fix my own terrible DIY) He did a great job, and our conversation was very pleasant. I enjoyed the whole experience very much. Thank you so much for the excellent work, and the friendly and fun interaction :) 100/10

I went to White Rose Szépségszalon earlier today to get my hair dyed. My hairdresser Orsi did an amazing job, and she also showed me how to style my hair in a specific way. Highly recommend the salon! Anna

Very poor service from the cosmetician. I asked politely if she could put on a mask during the treatment (expressing kindly and calmly that I would understand if she would not want to but then would cancel the appointment). She accepted BUT... I had to hear her misunderstanding and reproaches which I do not think I should be listening to as a customer... Customer service has tremendously improved in Hungary these last years but it seems this salon did not follow the trend.
