Sajnos a vízhiányra nem volt tekintettel a mai napon az utcánkon végig locsolt tartályos kocsi, még szemetes tartályt is átmosott. Sok vizet nem most kellett volna pazarolni. A Kőrakás park egyébként is a ritkán locsolt terület . Szomorú lakó !

Telefonon egyértelműen megmondták melyik területhez forduljunk ügyünkkel, majd másnap, amikor oda mentünk, be sem engedtek minket az ügyintézés érdekében, hanem egy titkárnő telefonon átirányított minket egy másik hivatalba. Ezt előző napon is elmondhatták volna, vagy leráztak minket. Ha meg nem oda tartozott az ügyünk, akkor az ügyfélszolgálat volt felkészületlen.

Bérlakás ügyben érdeklődtünk. A beszélgetés eleinte kifejezetten korrektnek és ígéretesnek indult, a végére azonban a hangnem indokolatlanul kioktatóvá vált. Olyan érzésem volt, mintha nem érdeklődőként, hanem vizsgázóként lennék jelen. Ez számomra meglepő és kellemetlen élmény volt egy ügyintézés során.

Very good Hungarian office, the staff are very friendly. Although the queue is a bit long here, it works very quickly.
