Best service, was very patient with our situation

Arailym Niyetbek a year ago

We had a really positive experience thanks to Sylvia. She was friendly, patient, and truly tried to understand our situation. Even though we had some difficulties communicating in English, she didn’t get frustrated — instead, she was happy to use a translator to make sure everything was clear for us. It’s not always easy dealing with contracts and technical details, especially when the app is all in Hungarian, but Sylvia made the process much smoother. If you have any questions about Yettel, I definitely recommend going to this store and asking for her help 💯

Steer away from this shop, well, telenor Hungary overall. Having lived in over 8 countries and having been dealing with operators in all of them, I've never experienced bigger crocks than these guys. Customer service is non exiting, I cannot find words for the low quality of service they are (not) offering. Shame on you!

Went to buy a Hungarian prepaid SIM-card. The staff is very competent and agreeable and helped me with all necessary settings. Recommended!
