I went there before closing time to return items on July 12th and they were kind enough to return my item- specially the guy who speaks English - I was about to return home and it was my fault for leaving it to the next level but he was so nice and helpful even though they were all pretty tired at the end of the day. It was one of the highlights of my trip that I had to write a good review about them specially him ( I hope you the best)

Great shopping experience at this Zara location! The store is well-organized, and the staff is helpful. Found some stylish pieces at good prices. Will definitely visit again!

Terrible customer service experience. Horrible attitude by the staff. I needed guidance to find a particular piece in a different size for my daughter who was in the dressing room, I was directed to go to the wrong places 3 times!!! Then I kindly requested to be taken to the dress, the person denied the request. I had to go to the cashier and ask for a manager, who was finally able to help me.

Big selection of clothing. Nice decorated shop. Slow service.

Staff were AWFUL. The girl at the try on section with short brown hair was rude and an angry little thing. After I tried on handful of clothes and returned them politely she yelled at me I should put them back on the hangers myself. Then proceeded to speak to her colleague in hungarian not realising I could understand what she was saying. Completely turned off ever returning to the store.
