The people at this Optika are true professionals and also just very pleasant to deal with! Some time ago, they made very complex lenses and frame for my friend (-7.5, astigmatism, etc.) – and did an excellent job! Now I came back with my Silhouette frame that needed repair, and they fixed it for free! Thank you – I’ll definitely return!

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I feel this story should be heard—both as feedback for improvement and as advice for others seeking prism corrections. While the staff at Zeiss are kind, professional, and patient, my experience with prism correction was deeply frustrating. I initially came to Zeiss to address persistent headaches and vision issues. After thorough tests, the prism correction they recommended seemed promising, providing immediate relief during the exam. Confident in their expertise, I ordered new glasses. However, upon receiving them, I immediately noticed severe issues: everything looked distorted, zoomed in, and unnatural. Walking, driving, cycling, and even looking at objects felt disorienting. Anything that wasn't in the centre of the glasses looked wrong. When I voiced my concerns, I was told repeatedly to “get used to it” and that adaptation could take weeks. This dismissive response left me doubting myself, so I forced myself to wear the glasses for eight months despite ongoing discomfort.
