The cashier was really accomodating and nice. I have a dairy intolerance and though the burgers buns have dairy he tol me they have gluten free ones without allergens. Plus he gave me some free dipping sauce on the house when I went back for it. I wouldn’t say that the burgers were extraordinary, they quite mid if you ask me but if you’re in a hurry or crave something of the sorts it’ll do the job. The gluten free bun was quite spongy though, not my favourite thing. Overall the workers are really nice and the vibe is nice but the food is average at best.

Great place, great atmosphere, love the burgers and the potatoes are the best in town! I go frequently at the location in Allee and Etele and everyone there welcome you with a smile!

Easy to order at the kiosk and food brought out promptly. A clean and comfortable place with the chicken burger having a decent flavour. Prices mid-range.

An update replying to Zing’s answer: “could not verify your claim” What kind of answer is that? When you clearly see the photo explaining everything. And not only my review was bad about the same issue, but many others before me have the same complaint. Please show some respect for the customer's intelligence and for yourself as a major burger chain in Hungary! ———————————— The food quality is terrible. The fries were served in a way that could send you straight to the hospital. By the look of the fries, the oil must not have been changed for over a month. The burger buns felt like they were just bought from Spar. I see that many customers have already reported the same problem since last week, but it seems the management doesn’t care about it or about the safety of their customers. This will be reported to the authorities. For the management: Please don’t reply with the typical answer that you wanna compensate with a meal. And actually do something about the food you’re serving.
