3,5 éve találkoztam először a reformer pilatessel és Zsuzsival. A profizmusa, nyugalma, jókedve és kedvessége azonnal meggyőzött és azóta elkötelezett híve vagyok. Amióta megnyitotta a saját szalonját még inkább ki tudott bontakozni a személyisége a terem dekorációjában, tisztaságában, melegségében. Számomra nem létezik jobb oktató, mint Zsuzsi. ❤️

A Zoyamoves pilates stúdió egyszerűen fantasztikus hely: letisztult, barátságos, mindig tiszta, és már belépéskor nyugalmat áraszt. Zsuzsi a legjobb oktató, minden órán figyel mindenkire, személyre szabottan javít, motivál és elképesztően pozitív energiát ad. Amióta ide járok, rengeteget fejlődtem, erősebb lettem és a tartásom is látványosan javult. A gépek modernek, kiváló állapotúak, az órák változatosak, soha nem unalmasak. Nemcsak a testemnek, hanem a lelkemnek is hatalmas feltöltődés ide járni – igazi énidő, amit mindig mosollyal az arcomon fejezek be. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom!

Csodás hely, csodás emberekkel ✨ Nemrég kezdtem csak a Pilatest, de Zsuzsi azonnal megszerettette velem ezt a mozgásformát! Mindig nagyon figyelmes és kedves, de az edzések mindig kemények, és eredményesek! :) A stúdió hangulata pedig fantasztikus, nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek aki kiszakadva a mindennapokból, kicsit csak magára figyelne ❤️
