The location is good. Transportation is within walking distance. It's completely unsanitary. And the showers are a disaster. Of the four showers on the second floor, only one works. The toilet either leaks, or the tenants don't wash their butts regularly. It's hard to tell. Basically, if you have the means, it's better to look for something more sterile. I didn't speak to the staff. I can't rate their work. A lot also depends on the tenants. They don't force the lights on. I just leave it on automatic. Whatever the culture, that's the nature.

We couldn't stay in this place for even an hour. The room was very cold, there was no proper heating, and the air conditioning didn't work. It is impossible to live in such conditions. The sanitary conditions are critical: dirty shower cubicles, dirty bedding, untidy kitchen and corridors, and a persistent unpleasant smell. The common areas look neglected. The premises themselves give the impression of an office or warehouse, rather than a living space. They are not adapted for receiving guests and do not meet basic standards of accommodation. The description of the property is misleading. The advertised "beautiful view" does not correspond to reality — there is trash and cigarette butts under the windows, even though smoking is prohibited on the premises. This place is unfit for habitation. I do not recommend it.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is very dirty and nothing works. The walls in the room are cracked, the air conditioning does not work, it is cold, and it smells bad. There is not even any bedding, and what they gave us after we asked for it was dirty bedding from the previous guests, who apparently never bothered to wash it. Not only the floor is dirty, but also the walls, and there are dead insects on the floor. In the hallway, there are things in garbage bags, and it stinks. There are leftovers in the sink, the door to the women's toilet does not close, and everything is dirty. There are people who live there like in a dormitory, and they don't even always close the door. The owner is rude, and when we said we wanted to move out because we were not satisfied with the conditions, as the advertisement stated something completely different, the owner was rude to us and said that there would be no refund. It's just awful. I don't recommend it to anyone. They also said that the room is cleaned by the last residents, not the staff. The day we checked in everything was still dirty including the bedsheets. Toilet was a bit broken like when flushing water leaks and didnt provide with toilet paper and blanket and stuff. Even the service was so bad from the employee with no good connection just snapped our document pictures and thats it. Definetely would not recommend at all. Just paying a bit extra and staying in a better place is better
