Was disgustingly dirty. i’ve found hair bits on the sheets BEFORE I EVEN SAT ON IT. i requested new sheets they sent me a duvet case? towels were kind of damp before i even used it so i suspect they might not even be clean. and the other day i specifically asked the cleaner lady to CHANGE the sheets and towels with clean ones and instead she just tidied the same exact dirty ones and put it onto the beds and they didn’t even took the old dirty sheet that i threw on the floor but instead just folded it and put back onto the couch. literally the worst place

Horrible staff, bloody sheets light wasn’t working in the room for 2 days. When faced with the issues hotel staff did nothing to fix them. Location was also not great, the hotel is really loud and small so you can hear everything people in the room next to you talk about. Genuinely just find a better hotel for this price!!! Ps. The showers were also moldy in some rooms…

I had mixed feelings about my stay here. On the positive side, the hotel is in a nice, quiet part of the Pest region, and the transport links are excellent with a tram/bus stop just a short walk away. The breakfast was also quite nice with a good selection. However, the room was only 'okay'—the bathroom was a bit dirty and the shower was disappointing/not up to standard. Additionally, I struggled with the Wi-Fi as it wouldn't connect properly. A decent stay for the location and food, but the cleanliness and tech need work.
