I took my car in to have the winter tyres changed to summer tyres on the rims, including wheel balancing. The balancing was not done precisely, and the car was shaking. They checked it again free of charge and supposedly fixed it, but in practice I ended up taking it to another garage, where they balanced the wheels properly. Not to mention that something always seems to go missing — a centre cap, a bolt belonging to an alloy wheel — small but annoying things. Overall, I am not satisfied.

Professionalism. Expert of tyres. Fast service.

Alex Gavril 10 months ago

They don’t use a torque wrench and they stole two of my wheel bolt caps!

The service itself was fine, but they added on a 25,000 HUF labor fee for changing my oil and tires.

Everyone was very helpful; my car needed a check on the wheels. They not just let me watch their work, did their best, fixed the wheels, but also gave me suggestions about what was the problem. This greatly helps me to avoid these problems in the future. They did this with a calm and normal manner, not in a lofty, rude way. They answered all my questions, and everything was transparent to me.
