Really excellent meal in the Terrace restaurant. The zukkini lasagna and baked ravioli with Hungarian port were delicious. The portions were a little small, but that saved space for the wonderful kiwi panna cotta desert. Service was polite and efficient. Overall an excellent time.

Very nice small hotel with everything as it should be. Clean, nice cozy and large rooms with everything you need and expect in4-stars. Breakfast was very good too. Stuff was great! Only thing missing is garage, but we had no problem leaving the car on the streat due weekend and National holiday.

Alice Hotel provided a very pleasant experience overall, despite a slightly bumpy start. Upon arrival, the check-in process was a bit slow as the receptionist was frequently distracted. However, the staff quickly redeemed themselves! We had a minor issue with a sewer smell in the first room, but the staff immediately and smoothly changed our room. This quick resolution showed their commitment to guest comfort. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The interior design is modern and stylish. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area, with the metro nearby and easy access to various attractions. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a "breakfast-to-go" since we had an early departure. The breakfast itself was diverse and generous, even featuring sparkling wine! While some dishes could have been warmer, this was a minor detail that didn't detract from the meal. Overall, the Alice Hotel offers excellent value for money. We highly recommend it for a comfortable stay in Budapest!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Our room very cozy and we slept well. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is a block away from tram station. Nice neighborhood to walk around.

Fabulous hotel! Everything was very clean and ordered. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels we stayed at. We definitely recommend the half-board option, because the food is great at the hotel. The location is great because it's right next to the subway and, for those who enjoy walking, next to the city's main boulevard (Andrassy Ut). I'd like to add one extra detail that I really appreciated. We checked in at the hotel at midnight, long after the kitchen had closed. We had no expectation of getting dinner, but the hotel staff surprised us by leaving a 3-course dinner in our room + drinks. Great hospitality, and congratulations to the staff for keeping such a great establishment!

Rude staff: Throughout our stay, the staff we interacted with were barely polite. We had trouble with the air conditioning during our 4-night stay. Every night, the system automatically switched from cooling to heating, making us wake up sweating around 3 AM. We talked the front desk, but the staff insisted there was no issue on their end and responded in a very patronising manner. She also seemed eager to make the interaction personal. A manager eventually got involved, acknowledged that the AC was undergoing seasonal adjustment, and moved us to another room (but the same problem persisted). However, when we mentioned the rude behaviour of his staff, he showed no interest in understanding or addressing it. Facilities: The room did not match the images shown on the hotel’s website or booking platform. When we pointed this out, we were told it was “normal” for the property. Cleanliness: While the room was clean overall, there were visible hairs on the sheets and pillows, which was a minor issue for this stay. Overall, the combination of disrespectful service and repeated discomfort during the night really ruined our holiday. We wouldn’t stay here again.
