Hotel Moments Budapest

My recent experience arranging accommodations for two groups from the Palm Beach Gator Snow Ski Club for a three-day stay in Budapest with Continental Group Hospitality has been nothing short of exceptional. Ms. Kitti Kárpáti, Group Sales Manager for Continental Group Hospitality, has been consistently responsive, customer-focused, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. She demonstrated outstanding flexibility by assisting with our request for transportation from our Danube riverboat to the hotel, promptly connecting us with the appropriate team. Ms. Pálma Kűrti, Guest Service Representative at Hotel Moments Budapest, responded quickly with an efficient, well-organized transfer proposal that perfectly met our group's needs. The professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to customer service shown by both Kitti and Pálma have made planning this international group trip remarkably easy. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our requests have exceeded my expectations. Based on this experience, I look forward to our stay at Hotel Moments in the summer of 2026 and would not hesitate to recommend Continental Group Hos

Perfect hotel location near St Stephen’s Basilika and so many public transportation methods all around. Hotel stay was perfect, very friendly service from everyone and the rooms were clean and comfortable. WiFi was a little spotty for me at times, but for what this hotel offers and the location it did not make my stay any less enjoyable. If I come back to Budapest I would consider staying here again!

We loved staying at the moments hotel for 4 nights. The room for spacious and comfortable beds were also comfortable. Breakfast is great as well as the service. Location is great! Not cheap but worth it.

I highly recommend this excellent hotel. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of many major attractions and is located on Metro Line 1 as well as close to trams and buses. We stayed for 7 nights in the Basilica Suite on the top floor. The suite has a living area, kitchenette, bedroom, walk through closet, two bathrooms and a terrace that overlooks the rooftops and St. Stephen's Basilica. The terrace is really such a treat after a day of walking around Budapest. The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even before arriving, emails from the hotel were answered promptly. Breakfast is very good and has a large variety of options to start off the day. I'm so pleased to have found this gem of a hotel!
