The sellers here are completely irresponsible. They treat customers very badly and refuse to take back products, even though by law you can return them with a receipt. Very rude and unprofessional behavior.

The worst shopping experience I have ever had. I bought a veterinary medicine from AlphaZoo, and it was spoiled and poorly stored. The packaging was already damaged, and the product smelled bad. When I went back the next day to explain, instead of helping me, they told me to still give this medicine to my dog and insisted that it was fine. This is absolutely irresponsible and dangerous! After two days, my dog got sick and started vomiting. This shows that the medicine was not in proper condition. Their storage conditions are terrible, and their customer service is unacceptable. I will never trust them again.

The prices are expensive and also we bought a toy for our dog and the same day was broken.. not really good quality.. but the worst is the way how the employees look at you and treat, they are not really sympathetic and they don’t help you when you really need, you feel uncomfortable there and also your pet (my dog) it’s annoying for them. It’s the first time in my life to see a people like this in a pet shop !! I go twice but never come back.
