Félretájékoztatás (plusz szolgáltatással reklámozott gyerekbarát út, a személyes érdeklődés során már "nem biztos, hogy lesz"-é változott, majd nem volt plusz szolgáltatás, de erről nem tájékoztattak). A gyerekbarát úthoz kapcsolódó hotel nem volt gyerekbarát, az étterme kifejezetten felnőttekre volt kialakítva. A 3 csillagot amiatt kapja a szolgáltató, mert a foglalással technikai gondok nem voltak, a hotel önmagában teljesen rendben volt.

Az általuk közvetített 4* os szálloda az tulajdonképpen egy munkásszálló. Nem ajánlom senkinek. Mi beleestünk a hibába Ti ne tegyétek!!!!!!

Befizeted, majd utazás előtt pár nappal közlik, hogy sajnos túlfoglalás történt, de átfoglalják ugyanolyanba. Ne hidd el,.gagyit kapsz. A két szálloda szinte minden tekintetben fényévekre egymástól.
