Szeptemberben Kínába és Tibetbe először utaztunk az OTP Travel szervezésében. Azt az infót kaptuk, hogy az utazás utáni véleményünket online tudjuk megosztani. Egyik útitársunk azt mondta hogy telefonon is keresni fognak. Az online kérdőívet kitöltöttük, de a mai napig se nem válaszoltak, se nem hívtak. Úgy tűnik, addig voltunk érdekesek, amíg be nem fizettük az útiköltségeket.

Bementünk az irodába egyik ismerősömmel érdeklődni utazások iránt. Lekezelő, flegma és hanyag hozzáállás mellett érdeklődő szándékunkat válaszok helyett azzal próbálták csillapítani, hogy a kezünkbe parancsoltak egy katalógust. Még mi éreztük kellemetlenül magunkat, hogy egyáltalán miért is mentünk be. Tudom, hogy hova nem fogok menni soha többet.

A Nádor utca 21-ben már csak az OTP Travel igazgatósága található, ez könnyen félreérthető az ügyfelek számára, akik az utazási irodát keresik. A legközelebbi irodák az Andrássy út 29, vagy a Deák tér 7-9 alatt találhatóak.
