Lassan 6 ève rendszeresen veszek rèszt Márti által tartott gong-, ès hangtál hangfürdőkön, valamint csakramediken.

Kezdőként nem is találhattam volna jobb helyet, jóga, hangtál, meditáció egy helyen a közelben. Barátságos, jó humorú oktató.

Kellemes környezetben barátságos emberekkel jó hangulatban eltöltött 1 óra volt. Rávezető meditáció után kezdődik meg a hangtál vagy gong hangfürdő, melyet Koshi csengők tesznek élvezetesebbé. Zárásként teázgatás közben meséltük el élményeinket. Hangtálak lágy hangja nyugtató hatású, míg a gong a mélyebb tartományban hat s fejti ki jótékony hatását.

Nagyon szeretem a jóga órákat, mert a jóga oktató nagy odafigyeléssel, személyre szabott gyakorlatokkal készül, nyugodt körülmények között van lehetőségem nyújtani, lazítani, relaxálni.
