Ha ékszert szeretnénk venni, mindig ide jövünk a családdal. Kedves eladók, hangulatos üzlet. Egyedi, különleges kínálat. A városban máshol nem találtunk még ehhez hasonló gyönyörű ékszereket mint itt. Ajánlom azoknak akik valami egyedit keresnek.

Sajnos nagyon negatív tapasztalatot kell megosszak. Egy éve vásároltunk egy fehérarany fülbevalót, év végén észrevettem,hogy az egyik karomból kiesett a kő és a karom is letört. Az ékszert minden este leveszem,nem akadhatott bele semmibe. Visszahoztam december végén hiszen az egy éves garancia - amit az eladáskor megerősítettek hogy ennyi - is fedezi majd a javítást. Egyik délután felhívtak,hogy kész az ékszer és 9000.-ba kerül majd a javítás.Nem nagyon értettem,hiszen az ékszer ötvenezer forint alatt volt és egy mini karmot kellett visszatenni. Az üzletben azt mondták nagy hallgatások közepette, hogy a garancia fél év és ki kell fizessem az összeget. A vásárláskor tapasztalt bájnak már nyoma sem volt. Nem értem,a javítás előtt miért nem hívtak fel hogy tájékoztassanak a javítás összegéről,ami ékszerész barátom szerint jelentősen túlárazott. A nem megfelelő hozzáállás miatt nem ajánlom senkinek!
