Thank you Istvan for a great experience at Bandha Works. I was on holiday with my partner and we both wanted to continue our Ashtanga practice while away from home. Istvan was incredibly welcoming into his Shala and the assists and advice were clear and confident, which I respond very well too. The artwork was super cool too!

My favourite yoga studio in Budapest! I've tried quite a few over the years but this was by far my favourite. I learnt a lot from the teachers and everyone was really friendly. Highly recommended.

Great Ashtanga Shala— suitable for all levels of Ashtanga practitioners, from beginners to advanced. Expert teaching, assists, and adjustments. Welcoming atmosphere with a strong sense of community. We really enjoyed being able to practice here with Istvan during our visit to Budapest. This shala has my strongest recommendation!!

Great Ashtanga studio with warm, welcoming, kind people! Even though I only practiced there while traveling, I can tell that everyone has been taught with attention and care. If I lived in Budapest, I could easily see myself enjoying a daily practice there. :)
