From the outside, this restaurant looks very inviting, which immediately made us curious to go in 🍽️✨. The decision was absolutely worth it, because the food was super delicious, freshly prepared, and full of flavor. The prices are fair, especially considering the large portions, so you definitely get good value for your money 👍. The only small downside is the interior. While everything is clean and functional, the design is not very cozy, and the bright lighting makes the atmosphere feel a bit less warm and intimate. That said, the excellent food and generous portions clearly make up for it. A great choice if you’re looking for tasty meals at a fair price 😊🍲

popular place; reservations are encouraged but I didn’t have one so I was sat in like a hallway. pork knuckle bean soup was very good. friendly quick service with good English. a bit out of the way but worth the trip.

Good traditional Hungarian food, good service and good wines. Too bad it closes at 22h as we had no time for dessert! Would return for sure.

Fantastic place, we had the Gulasch first, then Wiener Schnitzel with potatoes, and the sponge cake for desert. The Schnitzel was very comparable and almost as good as in Vienna. All was seriously fantastic, for merely 25 euros all together with drinks and even a salad. Highly recommended for Hungarian cuisine.

One of the best places if you want to have a nice, traditional Hungarian meal, in an authentic and oldschool (socialist era) style restaurant. The selection of foods it's huge and all of them are made just as my grandma is making it. One of those few places where we always go at least once if we are in Budapest.
