17.00-ra mentem a megrendelt gyógyszerért, mire azt mondja a hölgy hogy most jött az áru. (Benu gyógyszertárban dolgoztam, tudom hogy működik a szállítás) Jó mondom semmi baj, megvárom míg kiveszi a ládából. A válasz: ő nem veszi ki. Kérdem: de akkor miért mondanak 17.00-t miért nem kalkulálnak 19.00-val, hogy ne hozzanak ilyen helyzetbe? Pikirt megjegyzés: jó akkor jöjjön 19.00-ra. Valahol végtelenül elszomorító hogy itt tartunk. Én ilyenkor ha már véletlen vagy bárhogy kicsesztem a pácienssel, a minimum annyi volt hogy hátra szaladtam és kivettem a gyógyszert. Segítek ilyenkor egy -1 jelet kell a papírra írni a gyógyszer sorába. Természetesen nem hozok ide több pénzt. Várom a vezető gyógyszerész vagy a tulajdonos szíves visszajelzését.

Szépen berendezett és feltöltött eladótér, több működő pénztár, segítőkész, kedves kiszolgálás. Több kérdésem is volt, a kiszolgáló hölgy kedvesen, türelmesen, segítőkészen állt hozzám, több alternatívát is felajánlva. Köszönet érte. Ritkán járok itt, de jó tapasztalat volt.
