Far from the friendliest place for non hungarian speakers, and also far from the friendliest for people who try using the health card... or people who ask for an invoice. On top of that, the prices are generally higher compared to other pharmacies nearby.

One of the only pharmacies where we could get our prescription medic8ne immediately. Very kind shop assistant talking in English. Nice experience

Nice pharmacy. I usually buy things there. But today a new girl with long white hair was rude to me. First she continued chatting with another woman while I was waiting for her to finish and then she was talking about me in Hungarian to another woman. I asked for sinus rinse and I described it as a bottle with powder in package. She was super arrogant and didn’t understand me it at first and told me there is no such thing. Then she told me that there is a machine. Which is not a machine. She helped me in result but why so rude?

Wanted to express my deepest gratitude to the whole team who was helping to save my life from anaphylaxis on 4/26/24. Thank you enormously! That was my 1st day on vacation in Budapest. Luckily, everyone was talking English and we had no issues with that. The pharmacist, who's name I didn't even ask, was very helpful and compassionate. I hope this message will be read by her and the entire team. 🙏🏻
