In general, Hungarian pharmacies have good staff. They always speak English and are willing to help you choose the right medication.

They charged me 6700 HUF (over 17) for a strepsils and a small pack of Kleenex. Insane!! They are taking advantage of tourists and people who do not know the currency, when we assume that we trust a pharmacy and their prices.
