I came in because I needed to get some more toothpaste. The lady showed me where the toothpaste was and I picked up the smallest one because I just need a travel size, and I asked her is this toothpaste? She said yes. As soon as I walked outside I opened it and realized it was not toothpaste and went right back in and she said sorry there are no take backs or refunds. $12 USD!!! Do not go to this pharmacy!

My friend twisted her ankle and couldn’t walk. They offered us an old crutch someone left there before as a gift. This is so kind of them.

I wi was suffering from earache and and i knew i had my antibiotic in my taj number but one of the women there ask for my id cart i had my müködési nylvantsrtasi igazolvany also but she refused to even look at my taj she was very rude with a very bad attitude Its Saturday afternoon and unfortunately i didn’t have any other option who’s responsible for this situation if my ear infection got worse in the weekend and i know that not a rule in hungary when you are picking yourselfs medication up ! Try to be more helpful when you are workinh as a health worker in this community!!!

Went in to buy some Nuxe products for friends and family. Bought quite a bit of stuff for a decent amount of cash. After I left I thought about buying some more so I went back in maybe a minute after i first exited. I was greeted by the same lady that helped me the first time but this time she was acting weird and unpleasant. Didn’t know what what going on until I realized she thought I stole something???? I quess she thought I went back in to steal something, honestly I don’t understand her logic but she was extremely rude even after I tried explaining why I came back and, for the love of God, didn’t steal anything. She wouldn’t listen so she basically just threw me out of the pharmacy. Extremely unpleasant experience, never again. Hope their cameras are working.

We were hunting for some liquid for our contact lenses while in Budapest and Downtown Pharmacy had exactly what we needed. Super relieved to find it so easily! The staff were helpful and friendly, and the place was clean and well-organized. Definitely a reliable spot if you need anything pharmacy-related while visiting the city. Would recommend if you’re looking for eye care or other essentials!
