Általában kedves kiszolgálás van, bár néha elfelejtik, hogy a 21ik században élünk és élnénk az egészségablak szolgáltatással, a taj kártya mutogatása helyett...

Régebben volt egy rossz tapasztalatom az egyik asszisztenssel amit most visszavontam, mert valószínűleg akkor mindkettőnknek rossz napja volt. Mindenki segítőkész, kedves ebben a gyógyszertárban! Előzékenyen megvizsgálta az egyik hölgy a rossznak hitt vércukor mérő készüléket, majd kiderítette, hogy nem belevaló elem került bele és a jó típusú elemmel működik, így megspórolt nekünk jó pár ezer forintot és nem kell újat vásárolnunk. Hála és köszönet érte!🙏🏻

Nem értem miért tudatlanok ülnek üveg fal másik oldalán??? Minden gyógyszertárban megtudtak rendelni a számomra fontos gyógyszert!! Itt NEM!!! Transzplantalt vagyok és gyógyszer eletbrvagó számomra itt közölte a hölgy szállítása bizonytalan!!!!! Másik ugyan ilyen gyógyszertárban holnap reggelre megrendeltek!!! Kérdezem miért tudatlanok ülnek itt Bekason???

A héten a férjem kiváltott egy szatyor gyógyszert kettőnknek. Rosuvastatinból neki 40mg-ost, nekem 20 mg-ost írt fel az orvos. E helyett mindkettőnknek 40mg-os gyógyszert adott ki a patika. Felhívtam őket, hogy cseréljék ki. Férj kivett két dobozzal a szatyorból és visszavitte. Nem cserélték ki, mert az egyik doboz lejárt. Ezek szerint a patika nemcsak rossz dózist adott, de amit kaptunk az lejárt volt. Azon kívül nem találták a vásárlast az informatikai rendszerükben. Megnéztem az EESZT-ben egyértelműen 20 mg volt felírva. Eddig vakon megbíztam a gyógyszertárban, de ezután itt soha többet nem vásárolok!
