Terrible customer service. They told me they'd fix my bike in a week, but it's been 3 weeks and still nothing. I tried calling them many times but they don't even pick up the phone

I was told my bike is too old to fix. They gave me excuses at first that they are busy and i don’t know why.

I came here for a small repair and was pleasantly surprised. They fixed it immediately within a few minutes and only charged for the part (700 Ft), not for their work. The staff speak English at different levels, but everyone was very helpful. I'll definitely come back and recommend them to anyone who needs their bike repaired.

Today I was there and it was not a good experience. I will never step into that shop ever again. Imagine you are going to a shop to hope for a nice service and get your issue fixed but instead they handle like you are nobody. Except for the mid-aged sweet lady the rest of the people made me feel we are not really welcomed there. Unwelcoming sulky faces, no welcoming word, acting like we are invisible and not saying even a hello. Being foreigner is really though in this country. From time to time people are reminding this.
