I went to get a ring downsized. The result is pretty good and the price for the work matched their online price list and what I had been quoted when I bought the ring in. However, I was told it would have taken 5 to 10 working days, when in reality it took four times as much if we consider the lower estimate and more than twice if we consider the higher one. So much I had the wait, that I got worried about my ring. Also, when I enquired about the reason why it took so long for the repair, I was answered with a shrug by the shop assistant, who berely said a word. I wouldn't bring any other piece for repair in here.

Superb services, kind and professional attitude. The ordered diamond ring was prepared in time as promised and looked even better than on the pictures or I expected. I definitely recommend the shop, quality services, excellent rings and fair prices.
