I must say, being a tourist and a foreigner that does not speak the language was not a barrier, It was a very good service despite the reviews on google saying otherwise I was surprised in a good way.

Huge building with 3 very overwhelmed and frustrated employee working in it with the worst delivery service in the country, use anything else instead this company.

Terrible services! I couldn’t get my parcel. The ladies were screening at me, demanding a printed address card- yet the immigration office gives a digital one these days. Eventually, they asked mw to bring some paper that a postman should have left at my address for me to have my parcel. Such a shame!

They screamed, yelled and swore at me the second I showed up to their window. I only understand a little bit of Hungarian but she kept on claiming that I shouldn't be here if I don't speak Hungarian and that my phone wasn't good enough. I'd never want to go back ever again.

I'm waiting for an order for over a month and have visited the post office more than once because one of the logistics centres of the magyar post office has forwarded me there and in the last few days the tracking reported that the letter is there. The last time I visited to try to pick up my letter I was well attended in the first service even with communication difficulties because unfortunately no one speaks English which in a post office mainly of that size I consider inadmissible. However on the same visit I had to return to the same person where the lady had to speak with her colleague where in the end they refused to attend me telling me that they did not speak English andfor english that I should call probably the support centre even with me offering to use google translate to Hungarian. In the end they didn't give me my letter.
