I initially had concerns about the pricing transparency at Budapest Dental after being charged 38’900 HUF for a relatively short dental hygiene appointment. However, after contacting the clinic, they handled the situation professionally and offered me a refund, which I appreciated. The hygienist herself was kind, professional, and the treatment was well done. I still think it is very important, especially for international patients and tourists, to ask for a detailed price estimate before any treatment, in order to avoid misunderstandings about costs and what is included. Overall, I appreciate the clinic’s follow-up and customer service after my feedback.

I had a sensitive tooth cleaning package done at this practice. The receptionists spoke English well and were polite and courteous. The waiting room and the atmosphere was very comfortable (not crowded like some other practices). The treatment was painless, exactly as advertised (I have very sensitive teeth and dread going to the dentist). The whole experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this practice.

Lovely private dental surgery in central Budapest. Friendly and attentive staff and highly skilled dentists. They cater for a wide range of treatment needs. Recommended it to a couple of friends and they all had a great time here too.

I’m currently undergoing some major dental work, i.e.) several implants, and I have had the great fortune to have Dr. Ferenc Gszelman as my dentist. He is absolutely professional in his demeanor and is very forthcoming with the procedures that I am facing. We still have a ways to go but I have absolute faith in him in being able to give me back my smile. Not daring to laugh in social settings because of my missing teeth is a confidence killer.
