I visited this office today afternoon (2022.12.15) at 2:10 pm and I just wanted to ask a question about exchanging my driving license. After waiting a long time, my number displayed on the monitor to go to the desk number 11. There was a middle-aged lady and I said hello madam I need to... she interrupted me and said I don't speak English go out!!!!!!!!. I told her you are speaking English though. She replied, go and bring a translator next time (WHAT)!!!!. Imagine how raciest she could be to say such a thing. I said, please tell your colleague to help. But, she looked at her monitor and ignored me totally!!!!!. I am mad at her. I am an employee and I pay a lot of tax every single month. She is receiving her salary because of tax paying by people like me then she does racist behavior. I demand to see her punished. She DOES NOT HAVE RIGTH to say and act such a behavior. SHE WAS TOO RUDE!!!!!!!!!!

This is the super secret post office, which doesn't have a sign outside so where there is never a queue. This means it is very quick service, although once the ladies there were a bit grumpy and unfriendly - well, it is Hungary after all.
