I adore the coffee, but I would have a preference for hot chocolate but I cannot drink it as they ALWAYS put milk in it. Not everyone could drink milk (also it is super unhealthy) so maybe to consider making hot chocolate without milk finally would be an important advancement for the brand. Otherwise, great place. As well, this mandatory question if you want to tip the person at the cassa when majority of time they do nothing then take your order. I am very happy to pay service fee and always tip, but in a restaurant or somewhere where there is a service - here I have to go to the counter both to order and pick-up, so what is the point of the mandatory question on tipping? No one gets extra money for doing the basics of their job. Great coffee & great atmosphere.

Undescribable poor service. I asked for some cinnamon sprinkle which was denied - I even wanted to pay for it. The girl at the counter said that they cannot offer this to my selection of coffee…🙄🙄🙄

I’m visiting this café almost one and a half years ago twice a week. I never received any smile or nice words there. Today morning I only had only cash and the lady told me that she is not able to give back to me from this sum. She was very rude and she didn’t try to find any solution to solve this issue. This was the last attempt that I went there. But of course they are asking always for tip. I don’t understand why is someone working in this position if she is not able to be nice to people.
