The salesperson József was professional and he helped a lot with papers. I bought my first owned car from Car-era and it took some time but in the end it happened and I have been handed over keys. Happy for everything and thanks a lot Car-era. They speak English very well and can answer your questions exceptionally

Parking at the place is good. The office itself is clean and modern. That’s where the positives end. You cannot test drive the vehicles, just limp around their own car lot (which doesn’t give you any sort of true road feel or help you identify faults). The salesman refused to bend on price, stating “company policy”. When I highlighted windshield cracks and the fact there was no service book, he refused to budge standing by the “policy”. I told him that there are others on the market and his car had been sat on the lot since January, and costs them money every day it’s not sold. Again… “it’s our policy to fix the price”. On top of that, they didn’t care about other minor faults which should’ve been dealt with pre-sale, and just put the accountability on the buyer. I went with good optimism and hoped the negative reviews were just moody people. However, the reviews are indeed reflective of the lack of any service or customer care here. They don’t listen, and have a nonchalant attitude with zero ability to sell. Do not go here if you plan on negotiating.

I wanted to wait a bit before writing my feedback. After 2 months that I bought a car from them, I decided to rated them 4 stars and here is my explanation (based on my experience): Positive feedback: The salesman are very kind and helpful, they are ready to answer to any queries and also showing all the car history on request. They also helped us to choose the insurance and to close the one which we had with the previous car. I read many comments that they are not available or don't know the details of the cars, but I didn't face this problem with them. On daily basis they are buying and selling so many cars that is impossible to know every details of each car, but on request they provide all the needed details, they are very transparent and honest. Negative feedback: Apparently they give the cars as they got them without the yearly check (for instance the oil replacement, I had to do it myself straight after that I bought the car). Beside the oil I had to change also the battery, it was completely dead, they only charged it and gave the car like this. I was outside Budapest and after 2 days that I didn't switched on the car, it didn't start and I had to call an S.O.S battery

Excellent car buying experience and speak excellent english as well and take care of all your paperwork. It would be great if they had additional services such as tyre and oil change for when you pick up the car.
