Other shops said it couldn’t be repaired locally and that it would need to be sent to Japan, which would take several months. However, this store repaired it immediately. Above all, I was amazed by his skill and truly grateful for how kindly and quickly he helped me. This store is absolutely the best in every way.🙏👍👍👏 Thank you!!

I visited this shop for a potential warranty issue with two watches. I completely understand and accept that they couldn't help with the repair itself – that is not the issue here. However, the customer service was unacceptable. The attitude was condescending, dismissive, and lacked basic professional courtesy. Instead of answering my questions properly, the communication was arrogant, and I was treated as a nuisance. I have since read other reviews mentioning similar experiences regarding the service here, and I can sadly confirm them.

I bought my Casio watch from another store, but it had an official warranty. I came here to the official Casio service center in Budapest because there were a few scratches on the glass. Although this kind of damage isn’t covered by the warranty, they kindly polished it for me completely free of charge. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful they really went out of their way to assist me. I’ll definitely come back here and buy my future watches from this place. Highly recommended
