Határozott ellenirányú kérés ellenére zaklatják telefonon az embert, amatőr iroda.

Kaptam tőlük egy szerződéstervezetet. Jajj, de jó, hogy nem írtam alá! Meneküljön mindenki, pióca módon tele vannak rejtett költségekkel és apróbetűs részekkel. Akkor is ki kell fizetnem az ingatlanközvetítői díjat, ha nem fogadom el a kapott ajánlatot...Kapok egy ajánlatot a lakásra, de ha nem fogadom el, akkor is lehúznak érte az ajánlott ár 5%-ával. Röhej!!!

Kolléganőjüknek a megtekintés előtt 1 percel, nem kevés szervezés után, az előre tisztázott feltételekhez nem tartva magát mondta le a találkozó. A lakás felkészítve, bérlő nélkül várta volna kollégájukat. Ezzel nem csak bevételtől estem el, hanem jelentős mennyiségű időt is elvett a semmiért.

Általános gyakorlatuk, hogy az egy havi bérleti díjnak megfelelő FOGLALÓ-t, ami egyébként az ő tiszteletdíjuk összegével megegyezik, átveszik a tulajdonos/bérbeadó helyett. (Aláírt átadási-átvételivel.) Majd amikor a bérlő eláll az ügylettől, azaz nem jön létre a bérleti szerződés, az FOGLALÓ-t nem hajlandóak a tulajdonosnak odaadni, holott az őt illeti. Mindenféle kifogásokkal élnek, holott aláírt papírral bizonyítható, hogy mit vettek át és milyen jogcímen. A honlapjukon semmiféle információ nincs a központi irodáról (Kossuth Lajos utca 18.), az ügyvezető személyéről, illetve az ő elérhetőségéről sem. Vitás ügyben sem hajlandóak ezeket az adatokat kiadni! Erőszakosak és a korrektséget hírből sem ismerik! Az ingatlanügynök szakma megcsúfolása, amit művelnek! A legrosszabbak a piacon, senkinek nem ajánlom őket!

Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt az irodát! Ma a második ingatlanügynöküket voltam kénytelen letiltani, mivel nem képesek felfogni, hogy nem akarjuk az eladáshoz igénybe venni őket! Erőszakosak, pofátlanok, kioktatók! Hát a mi lakásunkat biztos nem fogják eladni, VISZLÁT!
