Réka was incredibly helpful and made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend her to people coming from abroad who are looking to rent in Budapest as she explained the whole process very clearly and attended the notary with me.

Hello Reka, Metropolitan is a leading agency in Budapest. We are very happy to have met the manager of this agency who put us in touch with Reka, who is an exceptional person. She listened to us and met all our expectations. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this agency, even though we don't speak English, let alone Hungarian. A big thank you to Reka.

I had a very positive experience with Metropolitan Homes and am overall very satisfied with their service. Mátyás was quick to respond to all my questions and was consistently accommodating throughout the entire process. He supported me every step of the way, which made everything feel smooth and well-organized. As someone moving to Budapest, I was quite stressed about finding a long-term lease, but thanks to Metropolitan Homes, the whole process turned out to be much easier and far less stressful than I expected. I also appreciated that they speak English well and that the contract included an English translation, which made everything clear and straightforward. I’m really glad I chose them and would definitely recommend their services.

I recently moved to Budapest from the US, and had a wonderful experience finding an apartment through Metropolitan Homes. Nimród graciously showed me a number of places until I found one that I really liked. He was warm, responsive and helpful throughout the process, answered all of my questions clearly and promptly, and handled the lease arrangements between myself and the owner of the apartment with great professionalism. He made the search for a new home in a new country welcoming and stress free. Highly recommended.
