A very big and beautiful hotel, perfectly located in Budapest’s Jewish Quarter. I really loved the welcoming atmosphere, the beautiful historical architecture, and the friendly staff. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. The only disappointments for me were the swimming pools and the mattress. Both pools are quite small, so they are not really suitable if you want to properly swim or do laps. The mattress was also very soft, which personally wasn’t to my liking — I prefer a firmer mattress. Overall, though, a lovely hotel with a great location, beautiful character, and very welcoming service. I would happily stay here again. Underground car park 🅿️ available for 25 euro per day.

Lovely large, clean, well appointed hotel. Location was perfect for us, surrounded by funky cafés, bars and places to eat, and easily accessible to main bus, tram and metro routes, or walkable to the main sites. A little bit of noise at night from people leaving the nearby nightlife, but not a problem. Nicely designed pool on the roof, small but just right for cooling off in. One of the standout elements of the hotel was the incredible buffet breakfast, which was the best we have ever had in a hotel. All staff were, without exception, lovely. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The service was more than wonderful, and the reception and baggage handler, Sultan, was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was more than wonderful, but the smell of frying bacon was very strong in the restaurant and reception area. I hope this issue will be resolved. The room had everything you need, and the room service was excellent. I recommend this hotel when you come to Budapest.
