The best hostel i have ever stayed in so far. Great service, all the staff knows what to do. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Washrooms and showers are in good condition, no mold or anything. Great privacy overall Laundry is 8€ for dry and wash. Recommend bringing your own towel since they charge for it. They have a very cute yard, a rooftop and lounge with events every night, but it is very quiet and before the quiet hours so it does not bother the visitors who stay. Public is kind and respectful.

I absolutely love the franchise Jo and Joe. The Budapest location especially has been nothing but amazing. Customer service top tier. Imre was amazing in assisting me with some last minute adjustments to my reservation as well as helping me figure out the tram systems! There was also another young gentleman on my first night, his name began with a D, who was very helpful! I was coming from another hostel that did not seem the safest, and he put me in a room by myself for the night instead of having to stay in a men’s dorm (I was solo female traveling). But he made accommodation and made it work and then moved me to a female dorm the next day. Both gentlemen extremely helpful and went above and beyond for customer service!!! Will be staying here again! Lively hotel! Nice meals! Clean rooms!!

We had a very pleasant stay at JO&JOE Budapest. The value for money is excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The design of both the rooms and the entire hotel is stylish, modern, and thoughtfully done. A real highlight is the rooftop bar, which has a great atmosphere and good music. We stayed in a private room with our own toilet and shower, which was comfortable and convenient. There are only a couple of minor points for improvement. The motion sensor light in the bathroom was quite annoying. The only staff members we had direct contact with were two ladies at the reception, who unfortunately did not come across as particularly friendly or motivated. The breakfast was sufficient and offered enough options to start the day. Overall, a great place to stay in Budapest, and we would definitely consider coming back.
