I had an appointment, but upon my arrival, the lady informed me that she couldn’t help me with anything and that I would have to wait at least an hour — she actually recommended that I come back on another day instead.🤡

I highly recommend this ERSTE bank store here. Parking down in the garage is comfortable, and the people working here are professional, and the bank is very well-organized and spacious. Sometimes you have to wait a little more, but whenever there is someone who can help, they will definitely. 👍
