I closed my bank account and some money was still left in it, they said they can't give it to me in cash because they cannot see how much it is in the system 🤡 they said they will send it to me by a bank transfer to my other account, I still never got the money. Most disastrous bank that could ever exist. Don't even think about dealing with this bank

Had a pre-booked appointment (online) for 9 AM, because I found it is impossible to phone this affiliate, no-one ever picks the phone up. Its 9:15 now, two people who came here without an appointment are already sitting at counters, not me. Not surprised, this is in line with my previous experience here - just sayin’. The moment my mother’s bank account is closed here - which they are not making easy - I will never set foot in this bank or any of its affiliates again. Also noting that no-one here seems to care about reviews.
