I wish i have came here since day one, opening an account for foreigners has been a headache in Budapest in these times, and i finally was able to open an account easily and quick! There is the bank consultant named Mr. János, his english is amazing and helps you until your last step. 👏🏽👏🏽

I wish i had more stars to give to this bank branch :) dealing with banks in Hungary is so challenging for expats. Bank people don't care at all, and i was even wondering what makes them wake up every morning and go to the work which they hate. But in this Erste branch people are so different. There is a nice officer and he speaks perfect English, he is the only male there, so you will easily spot him. And also Timi, she was amazing, she does not speak English, but even my poor Hungarian was enough to open a company account there. She was helpful, caring and fast. I wish i had such service in Hungary :)

Nem érdemes 1 pont sem. They do not desereve even a single star! Very proud staff. Trying to be my boss with my money(unfortunately i am a "transfered" customer from LATE CITIBANK). The staff in this bank partcularly this branch is not freindly. And very very very lazy! The manager is a super star!
