Get yourself another bank cause once you will need bank statements for visas abroad, they cannot provide them in English for you and you will have to get them translated for 80k / paper at OFFI. Other banks do give them in English, so get you a proper account before you end up in the same situation I am in.

The bank consultants literally ignored my request, because they only have one employee who speaks English, and she was very busy. However, I had all the documents in Hungarian and just needed the standard bank service. Also they were “very helpful” and gave me the adress of other bank department which is in 5 km while there are a lot of other much closer. Thank you for teaching me how to use Google maps 🙂

Bank was newly renovated! Clean so much that out of 9 counters only 2 are operative! Waiting time 1 hour average ‼️ & When it's your turn you came to know, oh it's "cash-less" time started‼️ Great ‼️ Please close the branch (branches) so people know this is DIGITAL BANK!

I went here today to deposit cash. First of all, this was a no cash branch. On their English website, it doesn't tell which branch can deal with cash or not. Second, no person in the whole bank spoke English. Disgusting. Third, when calling the central number, no English speaking representative is there to help. This is probably the worst bank in Hungary.
