Great day trip today with Kristina on Puszta Tour. Very organised and Kristina worked hard in searing hot temperatures to keep our tour bus comfortable. Loved meeting the horses and met some lovely people travelling from New Zealand. Thank you Kristina and our driver for the day for the memorable day out!

Perfect tour for an overview of Budapest. Good combination of being in the the Van (with AC) and getting out to explore on foot. Enjoyed Mathias church and Fisherman’s Bastion. Our guide Dora was wonderful - very knowledgeable, answered questions did a good job managing the tour which was in both English and Spanish. This was a perfect tour for us given our limited time in Budapest as well as the heat. Tour ended at St. Stephan’s Cathedral which was an excellent springboard for lunch, a little more exploring and then back to the hotel for a rest.

In September I've booked the Lake Balaton Tour with EUrama tours. The whole trip to the Balaton lake was ok. Nice van , good driver. Unfortunately our tour guide Marta wasn't very professional. When we arrived to the Balaton lake we had free time for lunch and then at 2pm we had a cruise on the lake. At 1.45pm we been waiting at the meeting point where Marta told us to wait. Unfortunately she didn't showed up. We decided to go to the port, we saw our ship, we waved and shouted for them to wait for us, but the left without us. Among us were couple from America, girl from Malaysia and girl from Hungary,luckily she called the EUrama and explained what happened. At the beginning they offered us 50% refund for the trip, however we insisted on the cruise. We managed to sail an hour later. Our group and guide had to wait for us. The worst disappointment we experienced was when we returned from the cruise. Marta was waiting for us. She was upset , she didn't apologise, she said it was a misunderstanding. She didn't take responsibility for what happened just ignored the problem. We were upset because it was 100% her fault. She was keeps saying where we have to wait for her and she didn't co
