Very disappointing experience. After returning the car, their employee immediately drove it to take us to the airport. The damage was photographed only after that, so there is no evidence that I caused it. I raised this issue with the company, but my emails and WhatsApp messages were repeatedly ignored. It felt like they were simply relying on me not pursuing legal action over €130 — and unfortunately, they were right. I didn’t pursue it, and they kept the €130. The money is one thing; the way they handled the situation and treated a legitimate complaint is what I find unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

I originally received a car that already looked quite worn and had several dents and scratches. To my surprise, I was charged €120 for cleaning the vehicle simply because there was some dust on the multimedia screen and a small amount of dirt on the floor mats. I have never heard of a car cleaning service that costs €120, so I consider this a serious disappointment and a completely unreasonable charge.

We just borrowed a car to do a month long roadtrip all the way to France back to Budapest. We first booked through “Discovercar.com” but the website was sketch and it was just SO much better just coming in person to borrow. We got the car under 10min and the guy was super chill. Ended up getting a pretty new Toyota suv. So far so good and just love that it was pretty “cheap” compared to other websites or Enterprise

Rented car for one day. Car was dirty. While renting car, officer didn't provide any information about highway tolls, neither provided offer to purchase tickets in advance. After one month credit card has been billed for traffic violation fee and administrative fee. administrative fee is more than a half of traffic violation fee. And traffic violation was because of not paid toll in advance. And no any kind of response to reclamation. I feel, information hasn't been provided specially, to be able to bill more money.

It was a very positive experience. Cheaper, the car was fresh and the drop-off process was streamlined. A few things to note: - The contract was signed before I saw the car, and the fuel level was listed higher than it actually was. However, the manager noticed this himself, and there were no issues when I returned the car with that same fuel level. - "Roadside Assistance" was automatically added even though I didn't request it, but I was able to opt out. - Paid roads in Hungary are not included in the price, this was warned in advance and there were no problems with this The deposit was returned quickly.
