I stayed here on 5 September and was unable to sleep at all due to noise from the in-house nightclub. It wasn't just audible, the building itself vibrates from the bass. Based on other reviews here, this affects rooms throughout the property, not just those near the club, so there's no "quiet room" to ask for. On arrival, I specifically asked reception whether the noise I could hear in the corridor would be present in the room. I was told it would be minimal. That was not true, the noise was constant and severe throughout the night. Don't book this hotel, be aware the nightclub noise reportedly reaches every floor.

For the price and location, I’d definitely recommend it. Yes, there’s a club downstairs, and sometimes I could hear the music, but from the second floor it didn’t really bother me that much. If you’re looking for a cozy, luxury hotel, this might not be the right place for you. But if all you need is a clean, comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, it’s more than enough. The location is great—you can walk to almost everything within 15–20 minutes. I also liked that after a certain time in the evening, the entrance doors could only be opened with a key card, which made me feel safe. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. My only real complaint was that there was no hair dryer. I didn’t ask at the reception because it was summer, but I still think there should always be one available in the room.

The hotel is admittedly in a great location, but it is absolutely unlivable during the warmer months. The club downstairs is not just a club located on the ground floor of the building — the hotel is in a tenement building with an inner courtyard, and that courtyard belongs to the club. In the warmer months, it is basically a regular party venue. And contrary to what the owner claims, the description on the hotel’s website does not reflect the actual situation. Booking a room on a higher floor will not help — the courtyard works like a well and only amplifies the effect. But the noise is not even the worst part. The worst part is the vibrations from the bass, which the DJs certainly do not hold back on. The whole room was shaking, and even the lights were flickering. Earplugs will not help with that. I might as well have been trying to sleep inside an MRI machine during an earthquake. I am a pretty resilient person, very little bothers me, and I have stayed in hotels above clubs before, but I have never experienced anything like this. Sleeping was simply impossible.
