Every single time I visited the shop I get a great and friendly service

Axel Solnik 6 years ago

High quality bicycles and friendly and helpful staff. My experience with them was very positive. I needed help on choosing a bicycle that would suit my needs, and the saleswoman was very friendly assisting me, even in English (she's quite good!). I'll probably go back for some extra accessories in the future.

The girl at the front desk was really nice and helpful. She still couldn't overwhelm how rude the guy in the service was. Granted, I had some questions and asked for an opinion. My take is that if you cannot help me with your expertise I really don't see the point of a mortar and brick store.

Great English speaking customer service! Found myself a new fitting helmet while getting my plans and budget for a new trekking bike checked. Thanks for the help, I'll be back!

Bence Dankó 6 years ago

Nice selection of quality bikes, pedelecs included. However they may not be able to present the entire range of the brand - depends on actual stocks.
