Poor service avoid .. there are much better and bigger insurers in Hungary Allianz

My husband Reynald and me are both extremely impressed by exceptional Customer service provided by Manager of "Generali" Insurance company - Balázs. Balázs called us to USA directly because my husband left a message with request to call back - and it was already very professional beginning. Starting from the first phrases of communication Balázs sounded highly professional, knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant and polite. He speaks wonderful, very confident English which is very important. Balázs has excellent listening skills, he listened very patiently and very professionally answered all multiple business questions of my husband, at the same time supporting talk in business and simultaneously pleasant manner, registered all necessary documents and not taking too much time - vice versa very quickly organised necessary insurance for us in accordance with all our needs. Thank you so much, Balázs, for proving highly professional and absolutely amazing Customer support which answers all highest standards!

Very poor customer experience. Be prepared to wait at least an hour on the phone should anything happen to you. Got my KGFB fee raised by 22 000 HUF for a renewed address card, almost doubled.

Customer service and support is poor. I have sold my car according to the process established in Hungary, unregistered it in Kormanyablak and get all paapers. But since the contract for the car was still valid I asked to cancel it and refund the remaining days. Their reply was.. hold tight "We dont see that a new owner registered the car on his name" My response was "what do I have to do with it, and what if he wants to sell it as spare parts or scrap?" Anyway, once you sign a contract dont expect any support as they already have your money
