Great location of the hotel, very efficient and friendly front desk, and most importantly the room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The building itself is a beautiful palace, the closed courtyard after entering was an absolute marble fairytale. I would totally recommend this place to anybody, an absolute gem in the heart of Budapest!

Excellent location on Pest side of Budapest. Unusual layout in old palace building along with other apartments and businesses. Room was small but clean and modern with strong air conditioning. Very reasonable price if booked direct.

Pros: The room and shower was fine, and the gentleman at reception when I arrived was very helpful. Cons: not well marked, hard to find. Not easy to get suitcase around in the building, there are many separations so you can’t roll bags. *biggest issue - no way to lock the door from the inside. I had a late checkout, the three times housekeeping come to clean, I had to keep telling them I was still using the room - finally the third someone just entered without knocking - appalling behavior for a hotel. Unacceptable lack of security. Could not recommend this property because of this fact alone.
