Absolutely hated this NFC keys what you need to have on your phone to open every door. It's not working properly and the signal is very weak, we spen 10 minutes with every lock every time. Also I need to take phone to the bathroom if I want to open door again. As a girl standing at night on the street and try to open hotel door for 15 minutes is really unsafe. I mentioned it's to staf many time but they didn't give any alternatives, normal key for example. Horrible.

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I did not stay at the property, as I had to cancel my reservation due to urgent and unavoidable circumstances. I contacted the hotel immediately to request a refund. What is most concerning is that I received written confirmation from the hotel that I would be refunded in full. However, after more than 10 days of delays and repeated follow-ups, the hotel suddenly changed their position and refused the refund, claiming a “no-show” policy. At no point during our communication was I informed that my case would be treated as a no-show. On the contrary, I was consistently reassured that the refund would be processed. From my perspective, this raises serious concerns about the reliability and consistency of the information provided by the hotel. I have written proof of the refund confirmation. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this property.

The mobile app for check-in and door opening is simple and works well. The reception was closed, but they replied to messages very quickly. It was easy to find the place and easy to enter with the phone. I received all the information by email. The area is also nice – a modern city center neighborhood with restaurants and cafés. We had a big, clean private room with a bathroom, facing the inner courtyard. I recommend this hostel for anyone staying in the city center.
