Owners cancelled our rental in June, because they wanted to charge more for the rooms (Weren't aware that there was Metallica concert being held when we rented the apartment, once they figured it out they cancelled and raised the price, avoid)

SCAM!!!! I made a reservation at a reasonable price for May 2026 for the Champions League final. Now I've received an email saying the accommodation has cancelled my booking. This is customer fraud; now I'm left without accommodation and with the entire trip booked. Beware, don't book.

Helpful staff, but extremely poor management by Zsolt The staff members are generally polite, respectful, and try to be helpful, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the management—specifically the manager, Zsolt,is highly unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was instructed to vacate the apartment without proper notice. At the same time, I was told the company was “not operating,” yet the same property continued to be advertised online. These contradictory messages were never clearly explained and created unnecessary confusion and stress. I am a long-term customer who has rented consistently for several years, and I was in Hungary on a business assignment at the time. Being asked to leave suddenly during a work trip and the holiday season is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic professionalism and respect toward guests. This experience completely overshadowed the otherwise positive attitude of the staff. Based on how this was handled by management, I would strongly advise potential guests to be cautious and ensure everything is clearly documented before booking.

AVOID!!! They have very nice photos in booking, but then they give you a broken and dirty apartment in a corner street, all in all it's not Worthing even for 1/4 of the advertised price!

Robbery/átverés! Do not book! First of all, it was very challenging finding the reception as I was provided with multiple addresses, we kept searching for almost an hour. Upon check in they will ask for 100 EUR deposit, here starts the trick. I requested that I would like to check out a little bit later because our infant son needs to sleep before noon. They didn’t mention any late check out fee. At noon we left the apartment and immediately they called to inform me about a late check out fee, but they were confused whether it’s 20, 25 or 50 euros. It’s worth mentioning that at the time of writing this review I can’t find any information about such fee in the terms and conditions. And they ended the conversation, I called back but they never answered. At the end, they deduct 50 euros from the deposit. Secondly, the apartment was dirty, the beds are not comfortable, broken and very noisy, our infant woke up many times, the blankets are worn out, have wholes, smelly, bathroom full of mold, the washing machine is rusted. Parking is almost impossible there. The area isn’t quiet, noisy. Good luck with the cockroaches by the way. AVOID!!!!
